Haywood Walk-in Centre - open 7 days a week

The Haywood Walk-in Centre provides a minor ailments service, together with health information and advice. There is an onsite X-ray facility which is open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.30pm.

Zero Tolerance

 

This is a zero tolerance surgery, we will not accept violent, aggressive behaviour our abusive language face to face or over the phone to any of our administration or clinical staff. Any unsatisfactory behaviour may lead to patients being removed from our practice.

 

Compliments, Comments & Complaints

 

Any comments about the services provided at the surgery should be directed , in writing, to the Practice Manager, and marked private and confidential. Alternatively you may ask for an appointment with the Practice Manager. Your comment or complaint will be dealt with in confidence and investigated promptly, in line with NHS guidelines. You will be advised of any action taken to resolve the matter and any corrective actions being taken.
