Any comments about the services provided at the surgery should be directed , in writing, to the Practice Manager, and marked private and confidential. Alternatively you may ask for an appointment with the Practice Manager. Your comment or complaint will be dealt with in confidence and investigated promptly, in line with NHS guidelines. You will be advised of any action taken to resolve the matter and any corrective actions being taken.
