How do I make an appointment?

All consultations with the doctors and nurses are by appointment.

GP appointments can be pre-booked up to 14 days in advance. Appointments on the day can also be booked. Patients MAY be signposted to NEW services commissioned by our NHS to help patients receive the best and swiftest service available, this could be Physiotherapy, Minor eye complaints, Pharmacist, Health and wellbeing or the community sector who can help with services such as gardening to financial. We do aim to offer same day appointments with your chosen doctor. However, once the GP surgery is full, you will be offered a pre-bookable appointment or an appointment at the extended access.

Please ring after 8.00am the those appointments felt more needed on the day

Please note that all the GP’s are not in surgery for every session.

Nurse appointments are available to pre-book up to one month in advance. Please ring after 8.00am

Healthcare support appointments are available to pre-book up to one month in advance.

We can offer telephone consultations with our Doctors and Nurses

We can now offer Online appointments. Please ask at reception to sign up to this service.

Please Help Us To Help You

If you cannot keep an appointment please let us know so we may offer it to another patient. If you change your name, address or telephone number let us know as soon as possible so we may update our records. Should you move to an area outside our practice area you will need to register with another doctor.
