Spending time in green spaces is one of the best ways to look after our Mental Health, this spring you are welcome to join me outdoors and talk about what matters to you.
– You may feel that you need some extra support but are not sure who to ask or where to start.
– You may want to ask about local groups that support Young People’s Mental Health.
– You may be a young person with anxiety or depression and have questions on how to get some of the benefits of Green Social Prescribing.
– You may be a parent or carer who is interested in finding out more about getting your young person involved.
