National Social Prescribing Day Event 🌿

Our Social Prescribers will be available for our patients to speak to about our services and the many community services and support available locally that can help improve your health and wellbeing.
You’ll also have the chance to learn all about the local organisations we work closely with, including:
- NEA – support with energy advice and reducing fuel costs.
- Brew Crew Directory – Reaching CIC – Feeling lonely and looking for a friendly face? The Brew Clubs are the perfect place to connect with others in a relaxed, no-pressure setting.
- Beat the Cold – help with keeping warm and safe at home.
- Connect to Work Programme – support with finding or returning to employment.
- Reaching North Staffordshire – opportunities to get involved in community activities.
- Micro Providers – connecting people with local care and support services.
- North Staffordshire Carers – support for unpaid carers.
This is a great opportunity to learn about the support available in your community and speak directly with our Social Prescribers to see how they can support you.
