You can request a repeat prescription by:
- Completing the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Leave it with the surgery or send it to us by post.
- Contacting the surgery by calling the dedicated prescription line Monday to Friday between 11am and 1pm on 01782 476511. We kindly request that you do not call for prescription requests outside of these times.
- Requesting a repeat prescription online through Patient Access. You need to register for this service. Please speak to reception.
- Completing an online consultation admin query form for any repeat prescriptions or medical queries.
Your prescription will be ready for collection approximately 48 hours later from the surgery or your nominated pharmacy.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.

If you have any queries regarding any medication, you can call the surgery on 01782 783565 or complete the online consultation form, where a clinician will respond to you with in 48 hours.
Nominating a pharmacy
When you order a prescription online, you can have your prescription sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice.
You can nominate a high street pharmacy by using the NHS App or logging into the NHS website.
Once you nominate a pharmacy:
- you will no longer need to collect paper prescriptions from your GP surgery
- your nominated pharmacy will receive your prescriptions until you change or remove your nomination
