Samples
If you are asked to bring a sample to surgery please hand it in at reception before 12.00pm to allow transportation to the laboratory. All samples must have the patients name, date of birth and date and time of sample.
Test results
Our telephones are very busy in the early morning.
Please call for test results (e.g. blood, urine, x-ray) after 11.00am each day.
Alternatively, you can use Patient Access Online or the NHS App to download or view your test results. Or you can receive your results via SMS (Text Message) by submitting a form online and providing your details.
To ensure confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
