The number of patients who do not attend their appointments can have a huge affect on the clinic, the clinician & the individual.

The impact of not attending your appointment:

• An increase in the waiting time for appointments
• Frustration for both staff and patients
• A waste of resource
• A potential risk to the health of the patient
• Each missed GP appointment costs the NHS an average of £30 per person

We would like to politely remind our patients to please let us know in advance if you no longer require an appointment or if you are unable to attend your appointment.
We can then offer this appointment slot to someone else.

Contacting us can be done via the phone, online if you have online access, at the reception desk, or responding to the reminder text which are sent to patients prior to your appointment.
